AGRI-TANK & AQUA-TANK

The AGRI-TANK and AQUA-TANK systems are constructed from reinforced precast concrete panels and patented EPDM seals in the vertical panel joints. Following erection of the panels, series of PE-sheeted grease impregnated tendons are inserted in conduits placed within the panels. The tendons are post-tensioned and locked off in sealed off anchors.  The end result is a durable concrete tank structure with long design life and with minimal maintenance requirements.

Stability comes standard – everything else is customised

We are not limited to using fixed sized panels in standard heights; instead, we can construct a tank to suit the specific size required, ranging from less than 5m to over 60m in diameter, with heights of up to +14m.

The concrete elements for the british market are produced at our own precast facility near Newark and are easily assembled on-site without the use of cementitious mortar or mastic sealants in the panel joints.
